How was creating the questionnaire

I thought the process of creating the questionnaire was very simple. As my group and I looked through all the useful information provided for us by our wonderful teacher and as we looked through the tape of the focus group we came up with great questions that we believe will help us to make our product better. Other than that we just used the information available to us and did a great job.
